Darren and I have known each other since the 4th grade. We were always acquaintances throughout high school, and neither one of us ever imagined we would end up together.

Three years after I moved away for school, I came back to Taber for a weekend with some girlfriends. Lets just say it was one too many shots of tequila...and I made a fool out of myself in front of Darren, telling him all about my secret crush on him!

A couple months passed by of "accidental" meetings in the Oilmens until we finally had enough courage to go on a date! Even then we weren't sure how things would turn out.

Needless to say, we have found everything we were ever looking for in each other.
